14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

To process your claim faster, please share clear photos or videos of the product showing the issue.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund as per our policy.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for: Custom or personalized products.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As stated above, the item must be unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
